Sébastien Boissard est diplômé de l’Ecole Camondo à Paris en 1992, en architecture intérieure et design.

Il obtient un Master of Architecture au Pratt Institute à New York en 1997 puis en 2000, le titre d’architecte DPLG à l’Ecole d’Architecture de Paris-Villemin.

En 2004, Sébastien Boissard fonde le STUDIO BOISSARD après plusieurs années de collaboration et de recherche avec des agences new-yorkaises telles Tsao & McKown Architectes et Gwathmey Siegel & Associates sur des projets d’hôtels, de restaurants et de résidences privées aux États-Unis.

De retour à Paris, Sébastien Boissard collabore avec Philippe Starck pour lequel il développe le Mama Shelter Hôtel à Paris et suit plus particulièrement la réalisation d’un yacht de 119 mètres nommé “A”.

Son expertise dans ce domaine l’amène aussi à travailler avec Rémi Tessier sur la conception d’un autre yacht de 81 mètres, le “AIR”.

Aujourd’hui, STUDIO BOISSARD continue de travailler sur un large éventail de projets novateurs et prestigieux, aussi bien publics que privés en architecture, architecture intérieure et design.

Parallèlement, en 2008 et 2012, Sébastien Boissard a été sollicité par l’Ecole Camondo à Paris et par l’Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques de Besançon en tant que professeur pour développer des projets pédagogiques et des enseignements dans les domaines de l’architecture, du design et de l’ingénierie de précision.

Sébastien Boissard graduated in 1992 in interior design and product design at the Camondo School in Paris. He earned a master’s degree in architecture at Pratt Institute in New York in 1997 and obtained in 2000 the title of architect DPLG at the School of Paris Villemin.

In 2004 Sébastien Boissard founded STUDIO BOISSARD after several years of collaboration with Tsao & McKown Architects and Gwathmey & Siegel and Associates, designing hotels, restaurants, private residences in the USA.

Back in Paris, Sébastien Boissard collaborated with Philippe Starck for which he contributed to the development of Mama Shelter Hotel in Paris and was in charge of following the completion of “A” a yacht of 119 meters (390 feet). With his expertise in the field it lead him to work with Rémi Tessier on the design of “AIR” an 81 meters yacht.

Today STUDIO BOISSARD continues to work on a broad range of innovative and prestigious projects, in architecture, interior design and product design.

In 2008 and 2012 Sebastian Boissard was asked by the Camondo School in Paris and the National School of Mechanic and Micro engineering in Besancon as a professor to develop educational projects in architecture, design and precision engineering.
